April Maker Challenge 22/30: Trailer-La

caravans, originally uploaded by Elmer Kroese.

Idea A) Who wouldn't want to build their own castle? I'd love to have a man-cave of my own design. I'd love for it to be all repurposed stuff, almost a shanty or squat in design, as long as it was solidly constructed, safe, secure, and comfortable. The trailer 'condos' in this pic capture a little of what I'd like, though far too big.

Idea B) A Three Investigators-esque motor home, somehow buried or concealed and accessed by tunnels and secret doors. That would totally make me happy.

I'd imagine that a Three Investigators' mobile home mashed up with a hobbit hole would be ideal.

It's a good practice to get home insurance in order to be prepared for any eventuality. When we bought our mobile home, we immediately got a policy for it and we sure glad we did! A freak storm caused some flooding in our area and our flooring was heavily damaged and so are some furniture and built-in closets and cabinets. At least, we were covered from such damage so make sure you have your own insurance. For more, see
